We can create a portrait of any animal, no matter the species or breed. So far we've made keepsakes for dogs, cats, birds, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs and even hedgehogs.

Yes! We have a variety of options to suit your pet-parent needs.

Right now, we offer portrait options for one pet, two pets, three pets and even four pets together in a single artwork.

We're happy to include you together with your pet in one portrait. At the moment we don't offer human-only portraits — every artwork stars your pet.

If you followed our photo guidelines, then yes — your photo is very likely good enough to use.

• Take the photo in good lighting (outdoor daylight is best)
• Try to take the photo at eye level with your pet
• They don't need to be looking at the camera
• Try to get a close-up so we can see your pet's unique features
• Make sure the photo is not blurry
• Make sure no features (e.g. ears!) are out of frame — we can't add them if they aren't in the original photo
• Ensure the fur colour in the photo isn't affected by bad lighting — if it isn't accurate to real life, the design won't be either

We have a team dedicated to checking photos as orders are placed. If there's an issue, we'll let you know very quickly by email. If we do need a new photo from you, this may lengthen your delivery time by a few days.

Please note that if you refuse to provide a new photo after we've informed you the original may not result in the best quality artwork, then we cannot refund you. It's your responsibility to make sure you're happy with the photo you provide.

No, it shouldn't matter. Don't worry if there's a lot going on in the background — it's better if it's a plain, clear background, but don't obsess over it. It really doesn't make much difference.

Every portrait is made to order by real artists — never AI-generated. We begin with your photo, then use professional retouching, painterly brushwork and careful blending to turn it into a timeless, hand-finished portrait in the style you choose.

You can change your order within 24 hours. If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, we can't guarantee we can change it.

Yes, you can. Every customer gets to preview their artwork and request changes before printing. We'll email you as soon as your preview is ready.

Each portrait is made to order on a premium, gallery-wrapped canvas that arrives ready to hang. We offer one gallery-ready size, chosen to showcase your pet's details beautifully — the exact dimensions are listed on each product page.

Sorry, but we can't add accessories, extra background colours or extra elements to your chosen style — we're proud of our work and like to keep it consistent.

We can sometimes edit out small blemishes like tear stains or drool if you ask, but we can't guarantee it, and we can't perform major edits such as opening a closed mouth or adding floppy ears.

If your pet is wearing an accessory in the original photo, we'll always try to include it. The same goes for collars — we remove collars for almost all styles, but for styles that show the neck, it's best to provide a photo without a collar.

Right now we can't change the background colours for you. If you have a very dark pet and are worried it won't show up against a particular style, we'd generally advise choosing a style with a lighter background.

In over 90% of canvases we send out, we use an image wrap — your image wraps around the edges for a seamless finish. In some cases we use a "black wrap", printing the full image on the front with solid black sides. This happens mainly for pets with big, long or upright ears, because an image wrap would wrap their ears around the edge of the canvas. It makes no real difference to how your portrait looks.

If your photo is black and white, we'll naturally match your style to black and white too. Note that we can't add colour to a black-and-white image, and we can't offer a refund if you receive a black-and-white portrait after providing a black-and-white photo.

Production Time:

Artwork creation takes 2–3 business days, followed by 1 business day for quality review.

Sea Shipping (Free):

Total delivery time is approximately 33–49 business days, including artwork creation, quality review, and sea shipping.

Air Shipping (Additional Fee):

Total delivery time is approximately 9–16 business days, including artwork creation, quality review, and air shipping.

Tracking information is provided for every order. Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Delivery may take slightly longer during peak holiday shopping periods.

Depending on what you ordered, your items may arrive in separate parcels — although in most cases everything is packaged together.

Yes, we do. Plus, all orders ship with tracking no matter which country they're shipping to.

Yes — all orders ship with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number, as well as delivery updates, via email and/or text.

Don't worry — email our support team and we'll let you know exactly where your order is.

Sometimes orders are returned to sender because no one was home to sign for the parcel, or because of an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. We'll reship it to you free of charge — don't worry, you'll get your order.

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express, plus PayPal and Shop Pay. Other popular payment methods may also be available at checkout.

Because your order is 100% unique and custom made just for you and your pet, we don't accept returns or refunds. If there's a problem with your order, let us know and we'll make it right.

Remember, we offer artwork previews and unlimited revisions so you can be 100% happy with your artwork before it's printed.

Once your preview is ready, we'll notify you by email. You then have 3 days to send us your edit requests or approve it for printing. If 3 days go by and we don't hear from you, we'll consider it approved and proceed with printing.

We're proud to offer unlimited revisions free of charge, so you can be confident you'll love your portrait.

You should expect a response within a couple of hours. During busier periods (such as the holiday season), please allow 24–48 hours.

Your artwork will be ready within 1–2 days of placing your order. You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready, and you'll have 3 days to review it — if we don't hear from you within 3 days, we'll approve it and begin printing and shipping.

Our portraits make a wonderful Christmas gift. We'd advise ordering no later than December 10th for Christmas delivery, and we announce our official cut-off dates each year ahead of the season.

We don't currently offer a gift-wrapping service. However, every order is carefully packaged in opaque, protective packaging so the surprise won't be ruined on delivery.

We don't currently offer a guaranteed Christmas delivery option. We'd recommend ordering early — by December 10th — to be safe.
